The project and covers what I have done to my car, problems encountered and successes achieved.</p> <p><a href="index.html">miata used part</a></p> <p>I chose the car due to having been raised driving sports cars and wanting to own one again after a number of years away from my roots.</p> <p>My first car was a 1957 TR-3, which made a mechanic out of me. I then purchased and repaired so many British sports cars that I ended up doing mechanics for a living ultimately being a factory trained BMW mechanic working at both the local and dealer in San Jose.</p> <p>Eventually after racing both my  RX-4 and BMW 320i, I ended up opening my own shop which is still in business under different ownership.</p> <p align="left"><big><strong><font size="2">CHARLES COX</font></strong></big><font size="2"> </font><strong><small>-ABR®</small></strong><font size="2"><br>      Charles Cox; the principal Broker for Coastal Bay Properties, was raised in Santa Cruz County.  He worked with his father in the cabinet, construction and property development business. </font></p> <p align="left"><font size="2">Current race car</font></p> <p align="left"><font size="2">    Charles enjoyed further successes in sports car and sail boat racing, culminating in being a member of the team and the successful win of the America’s Cup in 1987 from Australia. <br> <br>      Upon returning from Australia he entered the yacht brokerage business in San Diego. <br>                                <br>      Charles’ ambition led him to Ft. Lauderdale Florida to further his yacht brokerage career.  After selling multi-million dollar yachts; some over 150’ in length, he added jet aircraft brokerage for his exclusive clientele and finally real estate acquisitions to his areas of expertise.   He keeps <b> <a target="_top" href="http://www.aeromarine.com">Aeromarine International</a></b> active for Yachts and Aircraft.  <br>                                                                   <br>      <br>      His indoctrination into expensive assets and their acquisitions led him through challenging work in international business affairs, corporate planning analysis & development.</font></p> <p align="left"><font size="2">     When it became apparent that he had been away from his hometown too long, Charles and his family made the decision to return to Santa Cruz. </font></p> <p align="left"><font size="2">     Charles decided to approach the real estate industry different than anyone else in Santa Cruz County. What he enjoys most is working with buyers.  Realizing that buyers of real estate were not obtaining the true exclusive representation they wanted, he joined both the National Association of Exclusive Buyers Agents, the California Association of Exclusive Buyers agents and Coastal Bay Properties was born. <b><a target="_top" href="http://www.coastalbay.com"> Coastal Bay Properties</a></b></font></p> <p align="left"><font size="2">    Now, after a few years of developing Coastal Bay Properties' web site as the exclusive source for Charles' clients, he has started a web design and marketing company called <font color="#002B55"><b><a target="_top" href="http://www.2cSystems.com"> 2cSystems</a></b></font>, to pass on his expertise in obtaining top placements with search engines.</font></p> <p align="left"><font size="2">     Having also been helping his clients with financing, he has started another company that provides financing for projects both domestically and internationally.
